From the Voodoo Boys surveillance station across the road, take stock of the Grand Imperial Mall and plan the route to enter. Netwatch has invited the help of animals (a group of “fitness” bodybuilders) to grab GIM (more like a gym, isn’t it?).

It is easiest to follow the signs to reach the back door. There are four animals outside, you can go out or sneak into the back door. They deserve a lot of credibility on the street, so if you have a quick trick to do this quietly, it’s worth it.

At the corner, there are two more animals, and three on the other side of the back door, but when you pass through the loading door, these three animals are easier to slip through.

Inside the GIM, climb to the upper level and look at the gate on the right. Be careful not to warn security guards and cameras in the corridor to the left of the gate.

Now, you have a big choice: speak loudly, or stay invisible. It really doesn’t matter whether you go all out, other than feeling sneaky and cool.

It’s tough, but it’s much easier to have 10 techniques. If you choose to shoot, Placide will be very frustrated, but you can skip the boss fight in the back.

To take the path of invisibility, use Technical Ability 10 and you can pass through the front door, otherwise, you must stroll down the corridor with the guards. Look to the left and rush to a nearby guard, laying the ground.

Be careful, because animals will gather in this area. In order to avoid detection, you may have to quickly crack some animals in the path, but when the method is clear, you only need to take a break directly from the top of the scaffolding.

Wait for the opening moment or surreptitiously chop off the animals, then enter the cinema. Through these doors, you will see Matilda AKA Sasquatch, the owner of the area.

Hiding around the corner, scan her and throw an advantage with a brazen quickhack. If you keep your distance near that corner and keep her away, she can easily take it out.

Approaching the location of the cinema at the far end of the display room, Placide will open the shutters.

Should you support Netwatch or Placide?

Go to the screening room and put a leather case on the weapon. If you have a gunshot, he will attack, so if you want to hear his voice, please put it in your pants.

When he surrendered, the Netwatch agent told you that the company had frozen Brigitte, the leader of Voodoo Boys, in cyberspace, and you had been sent there to break through.

So this gives you a difficult choice: Should you use Netwatch, or stick to Voodoo Boys?

Without spoiling the spoiler, what the Netwatch agent said is technically correct, but will not negatively affect the story. As Johnny said, Corpus is not the most cautious character, and you should probably not be proud of their promise.

Obviously, if you support Netwatch, Voodoo Boys will not be happy, and if you want, you must complete an additional boss battle. If you do not support Netwatch, you can choose whether to engage in a boss fight.

Whichever way you choose, the story basically reaches the same point in the same way. However, in my opinion, if you stick to the original agreement with Placide, your troubles will be reduced.

After the cutscenes, go outside and hitchhike back to Batty’s to talk to Placide.
