The bad news about Cyberpunk 2077 doesn’t stop there. First a catastrophic technical condition on last-gene consoles caused the subsequent Removal of the game from the Playstation Store by Sony. Now there is also legal trouble for CD Projekt.
The Polish lawyer Mikolaj Orzechowski is an investor in CDPR and is currently investigating a class action lawsuit based on the misleading offense. Specifically, CD Projekt Red is said to have consciously advertised the game incorrectly in order to achieve financial advantages, i.e. to stimulate investments.
Legal trouble threatens in the USA: The law firm Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP stated via press releaseto investigate the possibility of launching a class action lawsuit at the moment. The point here is that CD Projekt is supposed to have deliberately presented Cyberpunk 2077 in the wrong light in order to deceive shareholders. This is exactly what the law firm wants to represent now.
So far, the respective parties have only checked whether they want to file a lawsuit against CD Projekt. No specific submission has yet been made.

The bad news about the buggy console release, but also bugs and problems with the PC version, are noticeable for shareholders of CD Projekt on the stock exchange.
