As many of you already know, Shovel Knight Showdown has been a twist within the Shovel Knight series itself. A title that focuses on the fighting genre more than 2D adventure. And as such, it supposes a title outside of the main series that could lead to a franchise of its own. Or at least they want it from Yacht club, your responsible team.
And it is that according to some statements made for the Quarter Circles medium, we have been able to know the following:
We would love to see how it becomes a franchise of its own. However, it depends on how everyone takes it. So, we hope everyone will give it a try and have a lot of fun.
