News on igamesnews.com iGamesNews wishes you a happy new year 2021!
This time it is certain: this strange year 2020 is finally behind us. Let’s sing, let’s dance while the champagne bubbles still work! Because even when we turn a page, some ink stains had time to print. Yes, 2021 will necessarily begin in the shadow of the coronavirus, and everyone is keeping their fingers crossed so that a slightly more normal life can be organized again in the coming months. If we were in a video game, a secret agency would undoubtedly have found a solution to fend off this virus. However, in our reality we ask you to be attentive and take care of yourself and your loved ones.
In the video game world, there are still reasons to be optimistic about this year 2021. We will certainly discover the first games of the next generation (at least graphically) while major licenses prepare their return with Horizon: Forbidden West, God of War: Ragnarok, Psychonauts 2, Resident Evil Village or Halo Infinite. New names could cause a stir at The Medium, Deathloop, 12 Minutes and Ghostwire Tokyo, among others. In addition, we are not yet sure about a possible new edition of E3. Chances are we’ll see formats similar to Nintendo Direct for some time. Either way, we hope you’ll come forward by our side to see what the pixelated skylines are made of.
For New Year’s Eve on December 31st, we didn’t have to make false excuses to avoid the endless dubious plans. The health authorities recommended that we celebrate in (very) small groups at home. We are only half listening to them as we are having this fun time with you. The entire team at iGamesNews wishes you a happy new year 2021 with games, but also success and good luck. And health is of course health most important.
