A farm, animals and a relaxing town far from the city. A plan that sounds really good, and it is not uncommon to find that in our daily life, the hustle and bustle of the routine can be stressful. Because of this, games like Stardew Valley have occupied a divide between players, being able to provide a fun time without shooting, without action and watching our crops grow. But Stardew Valley isn’t the one that started with this, and it’s that ultimately Harvest Moon was important.
Harvest Moon began as a creation of Marvelous in Japan, which Natsume was responsible for locating and marketing outside of the Japanese country. Unfortunately, the two companies had different issues that caused them to go their separate ways, breaking Marvelous’ development of the saga, passing it on to Natsume herself since Harvest Moon’s IP is hers.
Harvest Moon One World is coming to Xbox this year
Since then we have two variations, Story of Seasons for Marvelous, with the concepts of the classic franchise, and Harvest Moon for Natsume, trying to innovate in certain aspects, without breaking the formula. Still, Microsoft’s console has received the least attention, arriving for the first time in 2020.

We’ll see when it finally arrives, and it might take a little longer than in March. Even so, having options of this style of games is good news, which enriches the catalog of the console. Plus, One World will be the biggest game they’ve ever made, as they’ll be able to visit different cities along the way.
