This is how you secure the free game
To add Metro: Last Light Redux to your GOG library, all you have to do is on the shop website click on the appropriate banner.
Immediately afterwards you can easily install Metro: Last Light Redux with the GOG Galaxy Launcher. If you prefer the DRM-free version, you can find it on the GOG.com website under your account name, when you click on Games, then on Metro and finally in the library entry on “Load offline versions of the games -Installation files “clicks.
In return for the free game, GOG.com would like you to be able to send you emails about “promotions and special offers”, which you automatically accept by adding Metro: Last Light Redux.
You can, however, revoke your consent directly in the privacy settings of your account.

If you have a heart for atmospheric horror shooters, you should definitely not miss Metro: Last Light – in this discipline the title is at the forefront even six years after its release.
The Redux variant also pretties the game in a few places compared to the original and improves the AI. In addition, you can activate a new survival mode with “Survivor” style, which lets you reload more slowly, reduces ammunition and makes the enemy a little stronger.
With eight hours you get a really great pastime for the first New Year’s weekend. Unless you’re afraid of spiders. Then – and we’re really serious about this – you should keep your hands off Metro: Last Light Redux. But only then.
