Cyberpunk 2077 may not officially provide a third-person perspective, but the modifier has already begun to work on a solution.
Cyberpunk 2077 Played almost exclusively in the first person perspective. Except for the time you drive, the rest of the game (including cutscenes) is played in first-person perspective.
This fact actually made game fans very unhappy, because it was a big change for the developer CD Projekt Red, when his games were all third-person. However, most people who move on can now play Cyberpunk 2077 from a third-person perspective.
Modder Jelle Bakker has released the first version of their third-person mod on Nexus Mods. This is more like a hack than a mod, but it can achieve results. The only problem is that since the game was not made with third-person perspectives in mind, you must forgive the character animation for sometimes being out of sync or rendering at a higher frame rate than it should.
This will make it look like your character is sliding instead of walking, and the distance of the camera may also require some work to make you feel that you are playing the character instead of following them. Other issues exposed by the Mod include the lack of animations in certain situations (such as battles). Again, these are not from that perspective, so it is understandable that not everything looks primitive.
Nevertheless, the mod contains files for male and female V, which is important. The above video shows you it and explains how you can install the Mod yourself (you need to install Cyber Engine Tweaks first).
