Microsoft has assured fans of Final Fantasy that more games in the series will be added to Xbox Game Pass.
In an interview with TrueAchievements, a Microsoft spokesperson confirmed that the lost Final Fantasy title announced on X019 will continue Xbox Game Pass service.
The spokesperson told TrueAchievements: “As we announced on X019, we are very happy to bring the Final Fantasy series to gamers through Xbox Game Pass.” “We have done this throughout 2020 and will be in 2021. We will continue to do so in 2016 and beyond. We look forward to announcing more specific release dates for Final Fantasy games in the future.”
X019 was released in November 2019, and Microsoft said at the time that 10 Final Fantasy games would be launched. Currently, only five games are listed on Xbox Game Pass: Final Fantasy 7, the remastered Final Fantasy 8, Final Fantasy 9 and Final Fantasy 15, and the Final Fantasy 15 multiplayer game: Comrades.
The remaining Final Fantasy 10: HD Remake, Final Fantasy 10-2: HD Remake, Final Fantasy 12: Zodiac Age, Final Fantasy 13, Final Fantasy 13-2 and Lightning Return: Final Fantasy 13.
Hope that some or all of the titles will be added as soon as possible instead of later.
