A Nintendo Switch Pro with the code name “Aula” is probably already in the works, as a leak reveals. The new model should offer these features and there is already a forecast for the release.

Nintendo have been working on a new model for 1.5 to 2 years, says a user of the 4Chan-Forums in the firmware of the Nintendo Switch have found out. It could be a Nintendo Switch Pro act that comes up with improved hardware.
The new hardware should have the project name “Aula” and, according to the 4Chan user, could offer these advantages:
- Mariko chipset (with better cooling and battery life)
- 4K resolution
- Handheld with OLED screen
- New docking station
The information is still very speculative and Nintendo has not yet announced a new console. So you should still approach this rumor with a healthy amount of skepticism.
