Xiaomi has just presented, with its Redmi 9T and Redmi Note 9T, a new speaker for the home, the Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock. This is a smart little speaker compatible with Google Assistant.
As is customary in the company, value for money is essential, so this device has a price less than 50 dollars.
A small four inch clock
The Xiaomi Mi smart clock has a 3.97-inch color touchscreen. Through this screen we can access the Google Assistant, as well as all the information about the time and some notifications. It is intended to be a table clock, so has a morning alarm mode which adapts both the sound and the brightness to wake us up less abruptly.
The small panel does not reach HD resolution, but it is intended to display simple content, so resolution is not its main priority.
The 3.97-inch screen, has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, one of the weakest points of this small watch, which does not have HD resolution. The screen displays information about the time, calendar, digital frame, etc., and stays on.
At noise level Includes 1.5 inch speaker and two microphones. We can talk to the little clock to make the Google Assistant listen to us, just like we would with any smart speaker. Regarding connectivity, the Mi Smart Clock has 2.4 GHz WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy and compatibility with iOS 9 and Android 4.4.
