Taito has announced a new series title Touhou Project for Nintendo Switch: a rhythm and puzzle game titled Touhou Spell Bubble.
The title will be officially launched next month in Japan for ¥ 5,800 and will offer a bubble shooting gameplay with rhythm elements and simple controls to enjoy the game by following the musical arrangements.
The developer promises to include a large number of characters from the series, including Reimy Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame. The musical arrangements will run from IOSYS, Yuuhei Satellite, among other artists; while the Zuntata sound system will handle background music and other arrangements.
Regarding the visual aspect, Touhou Spell Bubble will feature "a large number of well-known illustrators", including Fuzichoco for the main arts.
