Tonight we celebrate with one of the best known franchises, not in video games, but in entertainment as well. So much so that they even took the opportunity to claim that the new film for Netflix, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will arrive this year. But back to the absolute protagonist. Resident Evil Village, the eighth official installment, will arrive on May 7th and it’s already obvious that this is a direct sequel to the seventh installment, with the same protagonist in the foreground, Ethan Winters.

In combat, the blockade takes center stage again, the detail of the scenarios is overwhelming and the creation of a new mechanic, but perhaps most interesting of all is that the already known and famous “great woman” turns out to be being the owner of the mansion, meet Ethan Winters and his daughters will continually try to stop us. But there, the surprises do not end and we have not seen everything.
