Werewolves are legendary creatures that have existed within the popular mythology and folklore of many countries. The film and video game industry have taken advantage of the popularity of these creatures to explore their powers and stories within their platforms.
Now we know that ‘Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood’, Cyanide’s new project is ready to go on sale this coming February 4. The title already has its launch trailer shared by Nacom, the publisher in charge of the game. In the trailer we can see the full potential of the title in the third person, and one of the most outstanding elements of the game is the possibility of seeing the abilities of the protagonist.
Within ‘Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood’ we will assume the role of Cahal, a fearsome werewolf who has the mission of defending the Earth. Our enemy will be Endron, an organization that seeks to harm nature and is opposed by werewolves.
A dizzying combat
The combat will be one of the most important elements of ‘Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood’, since it will be quite fast very much in the style of ‘Devil May Cry’ by Capcom. Synchronization of movements will be key to guaranteeing the greatest possible damage to our rivals.
Cahal will be able to remain in the human state for some time, allowing him to perform some activities without being detected by the humans of Endron. The title has elements of RPG and skill tree for the human side and for the werewolf, so we will have to balance these skills according to our fighting style.
We remind you that ‘Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood’ has been under development since 2016, so it is good news to have a release date. Here is the launch trailer for the game that will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC on February 4.
