A port of Xbox Live Arcade is already in development before canning.

The Xbox 360 port was developed by XBLA on Rare many years ago, aiming to have higher resolution, better character and weapon models, and other improvements.
Due to licensing issues, the game was never released.
The material you see above is not leaked, but obtained from ParternetNet (a version of Xbox Live), which is only available to devkit owners (via Eurogamer). The video shows the playing process of the event and some multiplayer games, and thanks to the simulator, it runs at 60 frames per second and 4K. The video is about two hours, so please grab a cup of coffee and snacks before watching it.
