- We choose Activation code.
- We create a six-digit code.
- We repeat it.

The second is that, if we wish, we can activate the option Unblock with Face ID / Touch ID. Finally we can choose how long does it take for the app to plant and ask us for the code. We will do this after the seventh step of the option Self-locking. We can choose between a minute, five, an hour or five hours.
With all of these options, it’s clear that Telegram is aware that the privacy of our conversations is important. With the amount of options offered by the application, we can protect it very effectively, even if our iPhone or iPad does not have biometric access methods.
Finally, let’s take into account that just because the app is password protected doesn’t prevent message notifications from being visible with the iPhone or iPad unlocked. In addition, These notifications allow you to respond directly to the sender of themselves. Fortunately, this is something we can fix very easily.
