Game news Eldest Souls is coming to new platforms including the PS5 and Xbox Series
In March 2020, the young studio Fallen Flag announced Eldest Souls, a boss-rush-oriented action game. The title was originally planned for PC and Switch and will explore many other horizons.
With a pixel art aesthetic and gameplay loosely inspired by Dark Souls, Eldest Souls Also released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. These versions will arrive somewhere in the second trimester this year at the same time as those already announced. Speaking of the announcement, Francesco Barsotti, co-founder of the studio and programmer, said:
Over the past year we’ve worked hard to make Eldest Souls the best game there can be. The feedback we received after the trailers and demo aired at the Steam Game Festival set the studio on fire, and we’re excited to bring it to even more players. We can’t wait for Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC players to challenge the old gods.
In Eldest Souls, players must leave presumably bring evil deities freed from their prison to their knees. Obviously these started an apocalypse that plunged the world into darkness. With each victory, the special power of the defeated deity is restored and the next one is overcome.
