A first look at Batora: Lost Haven
In the RPG proposal of Batora: Lost Haven, we will embody April, a normal 16-year-old girl, far from the typical heroine prototype. However, a mysterious event will soon devastate the earth and destroy everything that Avril loved. However, with physical and mental powers which have been conferred upon him, he will attempt to save the planet.
It will be a journey full of enemies, with a few Hack-and-Slash Mechanics which will ooze action from all four sides. It’s up to Avril to follow the path of good or bad, even if one thing is certain: your choices will change the universe.
- Physical and mental dualism: Avril will have to find the perfect balance between her body and her mind to face the challenges and puzzles that she will find throughout her journey. Of course, we will need to be aware of the health bars that measure both faculties.
- Defender or conqueror style– Choose whether you should use your wits or your strength in your interactions with other factions. Decide who you want to become as you reach your goal, but watch out for the consequences.
- Combat system with several options– Quickly learn how to switch from physical to mental mode. Our strategy will be fundamental.
- Retro sci-fi look– We will visit colorful planets and meet the most intriguing creatures in the entire universe. All with hand-painted landscapes inspired by retro sci-fi art.
- A non-linear narrative: our choices will change the fate of the universe and the creatures that inhabit it. A bet that grants greater replayability by having more than one possible ending.
