Ys IX: Monstrum Nox has been available in Japan since 2019 and will be released in our region on Friday. Since the title was released on the North American PS4s today, the trailer is already here.

Ys IX: Monstrum Nox was developed by Falcom and published by NIS America and will take us on an adventure with Adol Christin, who despite common sense is locked in Balduq. Upon his release, he will join a group called Monstrum, made up of characters with multiple powers. Fortunately or unfortunately, Adol receives powers from a certain Aprilis and is tasked with fighting the creatures that emerge from Grimwald Nox, a parallel dimension. The title was tested in our columns and in its Japanese version by Ryuzaki57 and rated with 16 out of 20 points.
