It’s Monday and how do you get tired of re-syncing your Xbox Series X controller at times? We are sure to have the solution for you. It is Timo Wolf on Twitter who gave this tip how useful. So this Microsoft representative explains that it is possible to simply remind the controller of the last console or mobile phone that was synchronized.
Use your @Xbox Series X | S controller with console & PC / mobile phone for @XboxGamePass frequently? #XboxSeries Controllers can remember the synchronization!
-> Press and hold “Sync” to retrieve the last mobile / PC device (flashing 2-3x)
-> Double tap “Sync” to return to yours #Xbox (blink once)#XboxSeriesX pic.twitter.com/0avzjoOdre– Timo Wolf (@OmitFlow) February 8, 2021
You probably know, but your Xbox Series X | S-Controller can be used with Xbox Series, Xbox One, PC and mobile phone (even with Apple!). Without this “trick”, however, you’ll have to sync your controller every time to use it properly. So if you frequently switch between your consoles and a PC / mobile phone: Press and hold the sync button for 5 seconds to reconnect to the last device. Once it is used to re-sync your controller with the console, it is enough to press the same button twice.
