In a livestream, Bethesda officially introduced the great new add-on The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor. This should be available in the new year 2020 for PC and Mac, as well as for the console versions on PS4 and Xbox One. However, console gamers will have to wait a little longer, because while the PC version will be available from May 18, 2020, the versions for PS4 and Xbox One will only follow on June 2, 2020.
The big add-on becomes part of the big new content season around Skyrim, which is called "The Dark Heart of Skyrim". In this respect, the starting shot will be given shortly with the DLC package The Elder Scrolls Online: Harrowstorm; As early as next week, the first content should be available for testing on the public test server. The additional content should also start on the live servers in the first quarter and will bring you two new dungeons, which initiate the story of the Greymoor expansion.
Greymoor will ship you to Skyrim in the second quarter, but the add-on will play 900 years before the events of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim itself. Nevertheless, you will of course be able to explore numerous well-known areas such as Solitude or Blackreach. The expansion should offer you at least 30 hours and more new content.

Later in the season there will be a third and fourth DLC, but these two have not yet been announced or dated. Bethesda is saving the relevant information for the E3 2020 in June.
Overall, the new season is said to bring such extensive improvements and changes that players will even have to download the entire game client again, as several game systems will be fundamentally revised.
