It seems that Gucci has been very interested in video games lately. Or, at the very least, you saw in them a possible way to approach a new audience. After his collaboration with Pokémon Go, he has now landed at Animal Crossing.
The haute couture house, headed by the charismatic Alessandro Michele, has created its own island, which can be visited by players of the latest title in the saga, Animal Crossing: New horizons.
Actor and singer Jared Leto, in addition to being the Gucci Guilty perfume ambassador, is also now in charge of welcoming visitors to the island, which, of course, receives the perfume’s name.
The island was designed in collaboration with three members of the Animal Crossing player community. Lex Play was in charge of the island’s decorations, Kaylee designed the dresses, and Kang Gaming created the mini-games.
What will you find on Animal Crossing’s Gucci Guilty Island?
“The new GG Island transports visitors to an eclectic world inspired by perfumes and the Gucci Guilty campaign,” the company wrote on its Gucci Beauty Instagram account.
In the post, we were also told what we can find on the new island. This is the case of a Paparazzi Zone, a kind of photocall with the Gucci logo and its fragrances behind where you can take pictures.
There’s also what the company calls the “Orchard Zone” (or Orchard Zone), where some key fragrance ingredients like tangerine, lilac and patchouli are made into garden produce.
The island also has a supermarket, laundry, and hairdresser, plus fun mini-games. Additionally, you can take home (the virtual one, it is understood) some of the designs as if they were memories.
Specifically, you can keep a shelf with Gucci Guilty perfumes, the costume that the avatar of Jared Leto wears, a blanket and a poster of a tiger. To get them you will need to use the code MA-8356-8828-5117.

How do I get to Gucci Guilty Island from Animal Crossing?
To visit Gucci Island, play its mini-games and get the freebies, you will need to use the dream, for which you will need a Dream Address (the island code GG is: DA-9521-6770-1214).
As you may know, this option is only available if you are connected to the internet, so first make sure that you have a Nintendo Switch Online account and that your internet connection is strong.
In addition, it will be essential that you have already built your first house on the island and already have a bed. To access Gucci Island, a friend’s house or someone else’s, you will need to go to bed.
When you sleep you will visit Luna. The first time you do this, it’ll tell you everything you need to know about visiting foreign islands, but in short, you need to put your Animal Crossing character to bed first.
Next, you’ll be asked what you want to do, and you’ll need to select the option to sleep (if you choose the option to lie down, it won’t work). Then you can select the option “I want to have a dream”.
Once the Internet connection is established, all you have to do is enter the code corresponding to the dream address of the island you are going to visit. In the case of Gucci Guilty Island, as we said, it is: DA-9521-6770-1214.
