One of the key apps for users with administrator access has just been updated to a round version: Magisk 22 is now available for download. This famous collection of tools to hide the ROOT, apart from the installation of modules, now do without Magisk Manager, the application that was used to manage its functions. Also add other new features.
Having ROOT access on an Android mobile opens the door to a lot of possibilities, but it also has a downside: applications can detect access preventing them from starting. There is also another problem: Google SafetyNet, the system responsible for verifying the integrity of the device. To overcome the drawbacks, there is no such thing as Magisk, a development that has reached full maturity. And with the new update, it’s even better.
Let’s say goodbye to Magisk Manager
It is not that Magisk loses functions simply because the Manager application ceases to exist, on the contrary: John wu, developed behind the project, combined Magisk and Magisk Manager so that the integration makes it easier to protect the rooted device against administrator access detection. Magisk v22 already does without the aforementioned Manager.
As the list of changes suggests, Magisk v22 represents a big leap in the tool, although an exaggerated amount of added features is not appreciated. Besides integrating the management kernel and administrator into the same tool, and removing mentions of “ Magisk Manager ” from development, the tool adds support for the Samsung Galaxy S21, improves stealth technique so that the system does not detect Magisk, provides alerts on invalid states and how to fix them, fixes many bugs and also improves stability.
The update is recommended for anyone who regularly uses Magisk (Magisk Manager should be restored to its normal state). For this, the tool itself offers the possibility of updating itself; with the option to go directly to the Magisk repository to download the latest updated version. Remember: it is no longer necessary to install Magisk Manager as it is integrated with Magisk.
