JanduSoft Games, the Spanish studio, has presented Evil Inside via Steam during an indie horror festival that happens at the Valve store. The game can be started with a free access prologue on this platform, although it is also supposed to arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch.

The launch as such on all platforms is on March 25, but right now there are several players broadcasting live the gameplay of this prologue that lets us control a character in a dark house with many corridors inspired by Kojima’s Silent Hills PT.

A well-known story

So several years after his demo was pulled from the store by Konami, Hideo Kojima’s influence is still huge in many horror games that already used the first-person camera. However, there are not a few games that know that the corridor setting and the irrational fear of not being able to get out of it are resources that the Japanese popularized, so now using them is more common.

According to the description of the game, since the study has not done much more with the promotional material, we are facing a horror game in which we control a subject who has tried to communicate with a Ouija board with his deceased father and mother. Mark will have to get spiritual pieces to create this contact, and his house will have to be thoroughly investigated.

Obviously it will not be a walk since the trailer already forward hallucinations and anthropomorphic beings that nobody wants to see come out of a dark room. In addition, the house will not be accessible in its entirety, so we will have to go around quite a few times before being able to access certain places, a very classic horror game.

Evil Inside is coming to PC, Switch, PS4, and Xbox One on March 25.
