The company Square Enix has announced a big digital event that will take place on March 18 at 6:00 p.m. (Peninsular Time) under the name of Square Enix Present and which will run for an estimated 40 minutes. During this event, we will be able to see the new advances of Square Enix games, as well as new titles.
Some of the novelties that Square Enix brings to this event include: the world premiere of the next game in the Life is Strange series, which will have a brand new protagonist with never-before-seen power. A proposal that has received particular relevance due to the big change it will entail for the license.
Tomb Raider Definitive Survivor Trilogy could be released on the same day as the event
Outrider, Marvel’s Avengers, Just Cause Mobile, Balan Wonderland as well as the new games from Square Enix Montreal will also be in the spotlight. And although at the moment they have only announced these games for the event, Square Enix may have prepared a surprise for its players.
But most promising is that they made sure to announce the latest news regarding the Tomb Raider 25th anniversary celebrations. It was recently leaked that on March 18, the Tomb Raider Trilogy, a game that would compile Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, will be released on the Microsoft Store. The release date that was leaked for this game coincides with the Square Enix event, so we wouldn’t be surprised if they announced the trilogy on the same day.
