The Apple Watch is a cool device this allows us, among other things, to respond to notifications that reach us without having to use the iPhone. This is compatible with calls, messages, and with WhatsApp, albeit in a somewhat special way.
WhatsApp has yet to launch its official app for the Apple Watch, which implies that the official functions are reduced in the Apple Watch. We can reply to any message we receive with short responses or meditate on the text we write or say, but we cannot start a conversation.

Once scanned, we’ll have all of our chats available on Apple Watch and we’ll be able to grab them, view sent files, and send and reply to any message. We can also send and listen to WhatsApp voice messages from Apple Watch.
As they say, there are several apps in the App Store that we allow you to use WhatsApp on your Apple Watch, although if I had to choose, I would go for one of them: WatchChat. It is an app that I have been using for several years and it is one of the best that you will find. Also with a very fast technical service in case of problem.
The way WatchChat works is similar to what we would have on the iPhone, we can send messages and view chats and files, the the free version is sufficient for most. If you want advanced options, you may need to unlock the premium version.
Keep in mind that since these are not official apps, they may not work perfectly, however they are more than interesting to always have access to WhatsApp, even if the iPhone is not nearby. If you have an Apple Watch LTE or if your Apple Watch is connected to a Wi-Fi network, you can use WhatsApp.
