While leaks and rumors suggested that the King of Wakanda would be the next hero to join Marvel’s Avengers -in the end, had been deferred out of respect for the late Chadwick Boseman– there was no confirmation from Square Enix or Crystal Dynamics. Fortunately, within the framework of the # 1 issue of Square Enix Presents, the company has confirmed that Black Panther will be the third character to come to Avengers (game).
When is Black Panther coming to the game? Marvel’s Avengers?
Although the latest advance does not reveal what abilities he will have or a specific date, it does reveal that Black Panther will come to the game Marvel’s Avengers in the second half of 2021.
The same as Kate Bishop Y Hawkeye, this hero will arrive with a new campaign: War for Wakanda. However, this not all. Along with this campaign, which will debut with new scenarios, the game will also receive a maximum power increase and a new enemy faction led by Ulysses Klaw. This one will also have a boss battle.

Spring (March 20 – June 20)
- The title will receive the event Tachyon Anomaly. In this, the Tachyon Missions will appear more frequently and will be scaled for players with a power level lower than 100. Additionally, this event will allow you to choose repeated heroes on the same team.
- The HARM room will receive a new game mode: the Red Room.
Second half of 2021
- The game will receive a new Villain Sector: Cosmic Cube. This will allow players to finally face off against the Supreme Scientist: Monica Rappaccini.
- A new kind of mission: Patrol. This will allow players to explore a large map and complete missions at ease.
- The Wasteland – the region that came with Hawkeye – will receive new missions.
In the midst of all of the above, Crystal Dynamics will continue to make improvements to the matchmaking systems, comic book collection, and progression. It has also confirmed that the game Marvel’s Avengers You’ll receive new missions – which include multiplayer Mega Hives – and costumes inspired by the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
