One of Google’s goals for Stadia was to make the service accessible on as many screens and devices as possible. And with a recent update to the Xbox Series X | S the number of Stadia compatible devices has just increased significantly. A few days ago we informed you that Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One users who are members of “Alpha Skip-Ahead“of the Xbox Insider Program have been able to use an updated version of the Microsoft Edge Internet browser on their console for the last few days. Thanks to this update, they have been able to access streaming game services such as GeForce Now or even Google Stadia.
And it is the latter in particular that we are talking about this time. Indeed the journalist Tom Warren from the UK site The Verge posted a video showing It shows the Google service running on an Xbox Series X. With the Edge browser, the journalist can easily start games like Destiny 2 and Cyberpunk 2077.

If the interest in launching these titles through Stadia on a console that already contains these games is not immense, the way this system works again shows that, thanks to this system, Xbox players can get on paper from their consoles of possible future Stadia exclusives can benefit. Also, be aware that Stadia is compatible with Xbox controllers when launched from an Xbox console.
As a reminder, Xbox gamers who had the opportunity to test this update for the Edge Chromium browser were able to use the GeForce Now service.
