Not a classic Easter egg hunt, but still interesting: A player explores every corner of Cyberpunk 2077 with the help of mods and discovers a lot of inaccessible, but almost finished content.
Whether this is cut content or the basis for future extensions is still unclear. We’ll find out when the planned DLCs for Cyberpunk are released at the latest.
We’ll introduce you to some of Night City’s hidden spots below. If you are looking for the most exciting current Easter Eggs in games, then take a look here, Cyberpunk is also included:

Market, Metro, Pacifica: that has been found so far
Cyberpunk gamer TheRealMZK shared his findings on Reddit and shows some of them on his YouTube channel. Much is surprisingly well developed, but not accessible in the normal way. Among other things, he discovered this:
-
While Cyberpunk 2077 doesn’t have walkable trains, there are many Stations with rudimentary facilities and working doors. Also a U-Bahn-Tunnel seems to exist, namely behind the walls of the station near Corpo Plaza. According to TheRealMZK, even NPCs spawn in it.
-
Im Pacifica District there are completely worked out streets with shop fronts, which, however, cannot be entered in the normal way. There is an unused basement in the mall that you visit in the course of the main quest. Here, too, there is a train station that is locked.
- Behind many closed doors in Night City there are empty interiors, but in which sounds are played. TheRealMZK suspects an upcoming DLC could fully work them out and make them accessible.
-
The Huge building in which Vs apartment is located, has a large market in the basement that appears to be fully worked out. Not only do NPCs cavort there, there are also functioning vending machines and collectable loot. The lift that should lead there can even be activated with the help of mods. You can see more about the market in this video:

How do you get to these places? TheRealMZP isn’t the only player exploring Night City outside of its intended boundaries, of course. Most of the Noclip-Mods use them for this purpose Download at Nexusmods can. With it you go through walls and fly freely through the game world, which opens up a view of unfinished or blocked places. On Reddit, TheRealMZP writes:
“Noclip is sometimes more fun than the actual game! I’ve spent countless nights just exploring and jotting down notes, a bit like a crazy trip back in time, haha.”
Basis for DLCs? Several free expansions and later large DLCs have been officially announced for Cyberpunk 2077. Recently an alleged leak of the title caused a stir, but CD Projekt has already announced that the names are incorrect. Nothing is known about the exact content, but of course it stands to reason that Night City will be expanded further. Probably some of the previously unfinished locations will then open up to the players – many continue to hope for a metro system, an expansion of Pacifica and more interesting shops.
Cut content? Of course, it can also be that the blocked, unfinished locations were simply discarded during development. Deleted concepts are not uncommon in the development phase. And that not every building is given a full inner life by cyberpunk, is absolutely essential for the performance. Nevertheless, it would be nice if some features might still find their way to Night City, such as the transport system:
