Dutch studio Blue Box Game Studios recently announced a new survival horror game coming exclusively to PS5: Abandoned. We already know the first details about it.
The protagonist of this title is Jason Longfield, a man who wakes up in a strange forest with no memory of how he got there. In addition to looking for how to survive, he must escape from members of a religious cult who seek him out for not very pleasant purposes.
Abandoned It is described as a very cinematic and realistic game. It takes place in an open world in which each event affects the protagonist and his actions. For example, if Jason is tired after running for a while, it will be more difficult to aim a gun.
According to Hasan Kahraman, director of the game, Abandoned It will take advantage of PS5 features like 3D audio and DualSense vibration to be immersive. It will also maintain 60 animation frames per second (fps), a native 4K resolution, and minimal loading screens.
