Capcom released a table showing the output resolution and frame rate of Resident Evil Village on the game console.
You can see below the resolutions available on the host and Staid Resident Evil Village.
As shown in the table below, 4K / 60 fps can be expected on PS5 and Xbox Series X. However, when ray tracing is enabled, the frame rate will drop to 45 fps.
On Xbox Series S, the game will run at 1440p resolution at 45p fps, while Xbox One X will run at 1080p resolution at 60fps. When set to high resolution, the latter drops to 30 fps. Xbox One players can expect the game to run at 900p/30 fps.
The PlayStation 4 Pro player will notice that 1080p/60 fps is listed, and high resolution is enabled, it runs 4K at 30 fps. On Playstation 4, the game runs at 900p/45 fps.
With Stadia, you can expect 1080p/60 fps or 4K/60 fps. It is worth noting that the use of dynamic resolution can increase the 4K resolution.
Yesterday, at the “Resident Evil Village” exhibition, we had a new understanding of the game and discovered that the “mercenary” model will be reborn. Capcom also let us know about the next demo about the mainframe, PC and Stadia.
We also found that “Resident Evil 4” will be processed in VR on Oculus Quest 2. This is the Netflix CGI movie “Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness” which will be released in July, while the crossover film of “Resident Evil” and Dead by Daylight will be released. It will be released in June.
