Hollywood Reporter, an American magazine, has presented the huge budget that is being made available for the first season of the series “The Lord of the Rings”. It’s no less than $ 465 million released by Amazon Studios overseeing the production of all of this.
A budget that exceeds the latest blockbusters
To give you an idea, the sixth season of the Game of Thrones franchise cost no more than $ 100 million. It’s also the cost of Season 1 of Disney’s The Mandalorian. Five seasons are planned for The Lord of the Rings. The narrative is expected to set its framework in the second age when Sauron comes to power.
