Judgment is a cinematic crime drama
You have seen through Ichiban Kasuga’s eyes how his ancient clan, the Tojo clan, rule Kamurocho. The police turn a blind eye to corruption out of fear or by a wad of money in their pocket. In comes Detective Yagami. Caught in solving a serial murder case with evidence against a branch family of the Tojo Clan, Yagami must hunt down the truth while Kamurocho’s forces try to cover it up – otherwise no one else will.
Camaraderie between eccentric characters
… But he can’t do it alone. If the interactions between characters that oscillate between absurd and sincere in Yakuza have grabbed you by the heart, you will appreciate the brotherhood that Yagami forms with those he meets through the investigation. Yagami is capable but always depends on those around him, especially Kaito, his best friend and the “muscular” half of the Yagami Detective Agency, when it feels like the whole town is there to catch them.

Like in Yakuza, every square inch of Kamurocho’s neon-lit streets is yours. Yagami has his own tastes, so there are plenty of restaurants, activities, and even games at Club Sega to verify that Ichiban and his company haven’t seen. (Hint: L’Amant offers free drinks!) Don’t forget to shop around for your Yakuza favorites like Smile Burger and Gindaco for the good old days.

If brawlers aren’t your thing, no sweat. There are several difficulties to choose from that allow you to enjoy the fight at your own pace without missing any of the flashy moves.
