As you may recall, this afternoon we were able to hear the announcement of a new free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons with numerous content. However, there is a detail that fans have not overlooked: in the image of Children’s Day, a neighbor’s house appears that does not currently exist in the game.
That design does not correspond to the house of any neighbor available for now in the title, so these options are considered:
- New neighbors on the way? Either as normal neighbors or through amiibo cards
- Fran’s house? Maybe you can be invited to the new May Day event
- Is the previous amiibo collaboration returning? It looks a lot like Link Wolf’s previous house:

- Existing changes to villagers’ houses currently available? It is unknown why this should be done
- A simple mistake? The house would not exist in the game and has only been shown in that image of the development
