Resident Evil Village is a game thought and created for adults, so that during our game we can find really strong moments linked to explicit violence and content that can be loud and even gory.
The game was recently rated in the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) and some pretty strong details have been revealed about the stages that we can find in Resident Evil Village. From a first-person perspective, players explore environments and use pistols, shotguns, and machine guns to shoot and kill fantastic creatures (such as werewolves, demons, mutants, mechanical humanoids ) found nearby.
The scenes can represent other acts of intense violence with the presence of blood: the heart of a character torn from the chest; the shoulder of a person cut off by a machete; a figure pierced in the chest by a gigantic weapon; one person hits repeatedly. The words “f ** k” and “sh * t” are spoken in the game.
It is clear from these descriptions that the game follows the saga line but specifically what was seen in Resident Evil 7. The final installment of the saga shows some pretty explicit and violent scenes and it looks like Resident Evil Village is following the path and will offer us the same intensity and the same rawness.
