The PS5 version should be released on June 4th along with all other ports. Developer and publisher CI Games announced the delay yesterday and stated in a Statement on Twitter that it was caused by “unforeseen technical problems”.

To make up for this delay, CI Games will make the first DLC card available for free to all players on all platforms when it is released. PS5 players who purchase the PS4 version of the game will be able to upgrade to the next generation port for free at launch.

I don’t know much about that Sniper ghost warrior Series, although I’ve heard from a few people, I trust it to be so Hitman and Faction thrown in a blender with a couple of snipers. Sounds good.
