It was already known that the brutal action series Shadow Warrior will continue with Part 3. Now, in addition to the confirmed PC version, a console release has also been announced.
Flying Wild Hog and Devolver Digital will not only release the new action game Shadow Warrior 3 for the PC. So far, only such a version has been officially announced, but considering the fact that the last part was also available for consoles, today’s news is probably no longer too much of a surprise.
Via IGN a new gameplay trailer has been released, which confirms that Shadow Warrior 3 should now also come to PS4 and Xbox One. However, there is still no release date for all three game versions that have now been announced; only the publication in 2021 should be considered certain.
Like its predecessors, Shadow Warrior 3 will not only be characterized by a lot of black humor, but above all by brutal action; this is also clear from the new gameplay trailer, which shows the doosmday device mission and can be viewed below. So the new part won’t be squeamish either. In this respect, one remains true to the route of the last part published in 2016, so to speak.
In the title, protagonist Lo Wang returns in a new adventure. Orochi Zilla has changed sides in the meantime and both fight an old dragon in an insane fight including comedy interludes and B-movie action.
