Next-gen version of Remnant: From the Ashes is coming in May
Remnant: From the Ashes is Gunfire Games’ high difficulty RPG shooter with procedural settings. This game consists of two expansions, as well as a prequel called Chronos Before the Ashes, which focuses more on a more direct Souls style. So since Gematsu we were able to know that Remnant: Fromt the Ashes has its next-gen version ready for May 13, 2021. With this, the title will have a free update for Xbox Series S | X and PlayStation 5. This upgrade will include two play options: One with 4K and 30 frames per second, while the other will bet on the 1080p and 60 frames per second. It should be noted that the Xbox Series S will only have the 1080p 60fps option.

Let’s not forget that On May 13, not only will the next-gen upgrade be released, but the game will arrive on Xbox Game Pass for PC.. In addition, the title will support Cross-Play with Xbox One. While I know this is improved backward compatibility on Xbox Series X, it should have cross play with the next gen console as well. We will try to confirm the latter when the time comes.
