The user managed to create this story by manually changing the height and width of the stickers using an HTTP proxy on the Instagram server.
What to do if your iPhone crashes while viewing an Instagram story?
In this case, your iPhone is completely locked and not responding to any touch on the screen. You can’t go back, you can’t exit Instagram or close the app. The the only option is to restart it manually:
