One of the main criticisms that have been made against PS5, the most recent console of the PlayStation brand, is the small number of games that have been released for it. It is true that we have seen high quality titles such as Demon’s Souls Y Returnal, but the vast majority that we have played on this machine are multiplatform works or really intended for PS4 that take advantage of backward compatibility. Therefore, they do not take full advantage of the power of the new console.
According to Hermen Hulst, director of Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide, this is going to change very soon. In an interview with Wired, in which they are dedicated to analyzing the first six months of the life of PS5, he said that “The company’s studios are working on more than 25 games for the console”. Not only that, but “Almost half of them belong to new intellectual properties”.

Let’s see what more surprises they have for this console in the future. We are especially interested in these new intellectual properties. Although we love characters like Aloy and Kratos, we don’t want the future to depend solely on them.
