According to a report, the Nintendo Switch Pro will be announced in the next two weeks. Even the price and launch are already narrowed down.
Rumors of an imminent announcement of a Nintendo Switch revision are growing. The BloombergJournalist and industry expert Takashi Mochizuki assumes in a current report that Nintendo would like to announce the supposedly “Pro” improved version before E3 (June 12th to 15th). This would mean that there would be a revelation waiting for us within the next two weeks. This should enable publishers to present their full range of new Switch games during the event.
According to Mochizuku, Nintendo plans to start manufacturing the Switch Pro in July. If you believe your sources, the revision will appear in September or October. The new console will most likely be more expensive than the current main model, which can be had for around 300 dollars.
Interestingly, according to the Bloomberg report, the Switch Pro should run parallel to the purely portable Switch Lite, while the new model should gradually replace the current standard device.
According to previous potential leaks, the new device will have a 7-inch OLED screen and faster Nvidia chips. 4K resolution in TV mode would be possible with it.
