Genshin Impact is about to release a new update, which includes a new seasonal event and Inazuma’s first playable character.
Genshin Impact The 1.6 version update “Adventure of Midsummer Island” will arrive on June 9th and will introduce replacement character sets and Inazuma’s new playable characters for the first time.

In the upcoming free open world action RPG update, Klee received a mysterious letter from the Dodo King threatening to take the Dodo away from her. To help Klee and Dodoco, you will sail on a boat named Waverider and explore the archipelago in remote waters in search of the mysterious Bodoland.
During the search, you will face a series of challenges, including a fight with Magu Kenki. This new opponent can summon phantoms, inflict shadow and cold damage, and can only be shot down in close combat.
By completing these challenges, you can obtain event currency from the event store to exchange for resources, and get a new four-star catalyst “Dodoco Tales” for overall improvement.
Two summer-themed costumes will also be added, and you can dress up Jean and Barbara with new alternative costumes in the game. Jean’s clothes Sea Breeze Dandelion can be purchased in the in-game store with a limited time discount. Barbara’s clothing Summertime Sparkle can freely declare by completing certain requirements in the Echoing Tales event.
Inazuma’s first playable character, Kaedehara Kazuha, will also debut in version 1.6. Using Anemo’s power and a sword, he is a powerful five-star character who can provide the team with powerful control and additional gains. When his elemental skills and elemental burst come into contact with Hydro, Pyro, Cryo or Electro, it will cause Anemo damage and other elemental damage at the same time.
Kazuha will also appear in the new Archon Quest. When traveling with Beidou and her “Cruise” fleet, this wandering warrior will “provide clues to the enclosed “lightning”.”
New features and optimizations will be added in version 1.6, including the new feature of Serenitea Pot, which allows players to invite their own characters to live in their own domain. The characters in the player field will gradually accumulate the experience of the character companion, and this increase speed will be affected by the Adeptal Energy Rank.
