Game news E3 2021: The Outer Worlds 2 could be announced at the Microsoft conference

We already knew: The Outer Worlds is not just a game, it is now a franchise to bring forth future unreleased episodes. We suspect that a second work is in preparation and, according to Windows Central, could well be the subject of a presentation during E3 2021.

With E3 2021 fast approaching, the number of rumors is starting to escalate in earnest. Among them, some are more in-depth than others, like those of the very reputable English-speaking site
Windows headquarters
who has just written an extensive article supported by various sources. This brings the games that might be present at E3 2021 such as Hellblade II …

At least that’s what insider Jez Corden, who specializes in the Xbox universe, says: The new title from Obsidian Entertainment would therefore be presented at the Microsoft conference – logical, if you know that the Californian studio was bought by the Redmond company.

We recall that it was officially said that The Outer Worlds would be a franchise with Microsoft as its publisher at its expense. In addition, this second opus would have already entered the pre-production phase, as we announced to you last December. When announced at E3 2021, Windows Central doesn’t give any details about its shape (a trailer? A teaser? A simple logo?) But we should therefore be fixed within a few days.

Again, this is just hallway noise: the point is not to take the information at face value.
