The new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update simply changes existing content to vary gameplay. We continue with the theme of the heroes of the 80s like Rambo, but a “new” game mode arrives, which is a variant of an existing one, as well as the 6v6 mode on small maps.
Also not to be forgotten is the public tournament for Gunfight mode, where couples participate in randomized single-elimination matches to earn exclusive gifts. The tournament runs from June 3-10 and does not require you to be a professional to participate, although you probably do to win.
Rambo says goodbye
There is also a dual experience pistol and character event running through Warzone from June 4-7. Additionally, the ’80s Heroes event draws to a close in Warzone as it prepares for updates that we will hear about in the coming weeks.
🛠️ A #Warzone update has gone live!
Includes the weekly Playlist and bug fixes. The ’80s Action Heroes event has also ended.

Perhaps what is most striking about this patch is the “Heroes Moshpit mode in which we can control characters from Duro de Matar and Rambo. The other novelties include the BluePrint Ammo Gun Game which is the same as Gun Game only with default weapons and somewhat more powerful.
In this way, the game modes until the next patch will be the following:
- Gunfight Tournament
- Action Heroes Moshpit
- Blueprint Ammo Gun Game
- Face Off 6v6 [NEW]
- Multi-Team Elimination
- Nuketown 24/7
- 12v12 Moshpit
- Party Games
- Multi-Team Moshpit
- Multi-Team Elimination has been added to Multi-Team Moshpit
For its part, the zombie modes do not receive playable news but they do receive bug fixes, including a balance adjustment for the Toxic Growth ability that some players were using more than necessary.
