Mental and emotional health can be one of the pillars of WWDC21: Rumorsphere

We’re just one day away from the next Apple event, WWDC21, a conference where we’ll see at least iOS 15 and other new versions of Apple’s operating systems. All the meat is already on the grill, but some last minute rumors can give us more clues about what’s new in watchOS 8 (and maybe bounce back in iOS 15) on our mental health.

It is the developer nicknamed Khaos Tian who posted on twitter traces of an application called ‘Mind’ (Listen) in an App Store profile that would have been published in advance. This may be an evolution of the Breathe app we currently have in watchOS, although Tian himself affirms that this is a different case.

An app to help our emotional stability after the pandemic

There are no details on the features and functions of the app, but it looks like something related to improve our mental health (something very necessary after the evils that the pandemic has caused us). This is the best time to launch such a feature.

In MacRumors, they mention that they look references to library components with the name ‘Nano’, something Apple uses to refer to Apple Watch apps. So in principle this application called ‘Mind’ would be used from the clock, although we can see applications of the same name from other devices such as iPhone, iPad or even Mac. integrated into Health in a way.

This is everything we would like to see among the novelties of the new operating systems.

We won’t have to wait long to find out, because tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. on opening speech and we will leave doubts. Remember that in Applesfera we will follow all the news live and post all the news promptly.
