With Echoes of the End, the new gaming label Prime Matter also has a narrative adventure on offer. We’ll tell you what is known about the title so far.
Koch Media’s new gaming label Prime Matter has been playing one of the biggest roles so far in the context of this year’s E3 since yesterday evening’s Summer Game Fest, after all, the company has officially presented a number of new titles. Many of them are more action-packed and rely on sci-fi settings, but not Echoes of the End.
It is a narrative adventure set in a fantasy world. The Iceland-based developer studio Myrkur Games is responsible for the title and is making their first title. The game is played from the third-person perspective, with Ryn controlling you. She has the ability to manipulate matter. As a ruthless fighter, she has to leave her previous life behind and, on her journey, forge new alliances and confront “the other side of the world” that she thought she knew.
The story still leaves a lot in the dark at the moment, but it still sounds quite interesting. The first image material also gives hope for a chic graphic. Many exploratory passages, fights and puzzles should await you in a playful way. Further details on Echoes of the End are still pending, as is a first trailer.
