Cult 2017 visual novel revolves around the after-school literature club, Doki Doki Literature Club, Will get an expanded version on PC and game consoles in June.
This revised and expanded version is called Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, and it will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox and PlayStation on June 30.
The announcement was announced today at IGN Expo at IGN Summer of Gaming, and the platform announced that the game will come with a lot of new content.
“New side stories, improved high-definition visual effects, more than 13 new music tracks and more than 100 unlockable images” are included in this new version, giving new players and veterans a reason to rejoin this disturbing game ( Thanks IGN).
The game has become a well-known disturbing and touching story, and has triggered a feature on the site that points out that video games need to take more responsibility when portraying suicide.
The extended version may be more intense and harder to swallow than the original version.
