The first season covered almost a quarter of the manga template with 205 chapters. After the adventures that Tanjiro and his friends experienced in the film “Demon Slayer ‑Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train”, the group join the demon hunter Tengen Uzui.

After the success of the first season and the film “Demon Slayer ‑Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train”, the responsibility for production remains with the animation studio Ufotable, directed by Haruo Sotozaki.

At least in the Japanese language version, all known voice actors will be retained. Of course, nothing has been confirmed yet, but you can assume that the German voices will be the same as before. Tommy Morgenstern (Son Goku in “Dragon Ball GT”, Zwiegesicht Sukuna in “Jujutsu Kaisen”) could be part of the party again in his role as Kyojuro Rengoku, also a member of the nine pillars.
