Dark Alliance, its first major update is now available

Dark Alliance seemed like a game that a lot of people would love, its setting was perfect for delving into the intense stories that take place in Valley of the Ice Wind. In the end we have a set of badly adapted good ideas, in addition to some bugs, which made that the title does not convince everyone and receives less good opinions (here is the analysis). Thanks to the developer’s hard work, it looks like that is starting to change and presents us with their first big fix to address many of these issues.

Tuque games took out his update 1.16 which promises to fix some issues that have hampered the game and that from now on we can enjoy it a little more, it must be said that this is not all it needed to be, but we will give a vote of trust this developer who promises to leave the game as I originally expected from them. Here is the list of things that have been fixed with this important patch:

  • Multiplayer latency improvements;
  • Voice chat will now stay on when you return to Kelvin’s Cairn;
  • Camera lock improvements;
  • User interface improvements;
  • Enhanced enemy teleportation attacks;
  • Fixed progression blocks that occur when players respawn when bosses die;
  • Balance changes and improvements to anchor mechanics.

D&D: Dark Alliance has been on Game Pass since opening

D&D: Dark Alliance is a game that works well with a visual style that perfectly recreates the adventures narrated in the books of RA Salvatore. I really think we have no excuse not to try it, since its inclusion from the day of departure in our beloved Xbox Game Pass allows us to decide whether we like it or not. Here is a video with a sample of what this interesting title offers us:
