EA also wants to present its timetable for the coming months this summer. This time EA Play did not take place as part of E3. Instead, the publisher organizes four different live streams, which are thematically dedicated to different games and genres, which are spread over the whole of July.
The big main event will take place at the end, on July 22nd. We have listed all the dates for you and explain what you can expect during the live streams. It is not yet known exactly where the live streams will take place.
However, you can also watch the individual live streams on our Twitch channel together with AK and Fritz Monsters and Explosions follow.
8. Juli: The Future of First-Person Shooters

The first person shooter marks the start of the livestream marathon. Oskar Gabrielson and Christian Grass, two general managers from Battlefield developer DICE, as well as Apex Legends Game Director Chad Grenier and Respawn CEO Vince Zampella will be there.
So we will very likely get new information or deeper insights into the development of Battlefield 2042 and Apex Legends. It is uncertain whether Respawn Entertainment will also announce something new (many are hoping for Titanfall 3). 13. Juli: EA Originals

Of course, in addition to the big brands, the small ones should not be missing either. EA is dedicating its own livestream to the indies this year and has invited various indie developers to do so. There are Josef Fares (It Takes Two, A Way Out), Guha Bala (Knockout City), Olov Redmalm (Flipping Death) and many more.
We don’t yet know exactly what to expect. Maybe you can count on the announcement of a new indie game, but most of the show will probably be discussed about the role of indie productions.
The co-op game It Takes Two recently proved that not only AAA productions are convincing. In the GameStar test, the cute romantic adventure did well:

20. Juli: Madden NFL 22 All-Access: Scouting

Also this year a new Madden NFL is coming out and should be discussed in depth in the livestream. The main focus is on the community and its influence on the game series. EA also promises a first look at the new scouting feature. So it may well be that a trailer and new information about the game will also be shown.
Guests in the stream are Madden developers Seann Graddy (Executive Producer), Tom Lischke (Franchise Producer) and Andre Weingarten (Franchise Designer).
20. July: EA Sports

- Where? Twitch bei MAX
- Was? Unknown, maybe FIFA 22?
So far there is little information about this livestream, which is not even available on the official EA Play website. According to colleagues from dextero.com EA has promised to highlight an “extremely cool new addition to an extremely popular and long-standing EA Sports franchise”.
The assumption is that this could be information about the new FIFA 2022. As soon as we have new information about the livestream, we will update this article.
