Fans of Hunt: Showdown had to wait a long time for a new map, now it is playable for the first time: DeSalle has recently been accessible in the public test environment and, according to the statistics website, was enticing SteamDB immediately over 4,000 PC players.
And obviously the wait was worth it, because the reactions in the social networks are like a song of praise. This is how the user writes Kardeon
“I’ve now spent three hours on the test server and my first impression is WOW! The map is great. It will take hours to discover everything. I take my hat off to the team.”
Der User DJCR33P particularly praises DeSalle’s attention to detail:
“The details on the card are absolutely amazing! I hope you know how much this is appreciated. Your work is really amazing.”
And even under the Twitter announcement for the test server launch, the tone of many players is extremely positive after the first few hours. But some bugs are also reported, such as sound problems, broken geometry and small exploits:

DeSalle is slated to be available in the regular game by the end of September, when all bugs have been fixed. The map connects 16 different villages with each other, so there is a small western town with a saloon, farms, a coal mine, a mill and a haunted house with a fountain from which blood gushes.
Overall, according to Crytek, a stronger one Focus on vertical gameplay as the two previous cards Lawson Delta and Stillwater Bayou. The sometimes strong differences in altitude should provide variety and enable new tactics. You can get a first impression of DeSalle in the trailer for the map:
